Summary
This study involved over 330,000 adults aged 65 and older to see if a high-dose flu vaccine works better than the standard dose at preventing hospital stays for flu or pneumonia. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either the high-dose or standard-dose shot. The goal was to find out which vaccine offers stronger protection for older adults.
