Stronger flu shot for tots: does it work better?

NCT ID NCT04544267

Summary

This study aimed to see if a high-dose flu vaccine works better than the standard-dose vaccine at preventing the flu in very young children, aged 6 months to 3 years. It compared how many children in each group got lab-confirmed influenza and measured the body's immune response to each shot. The trial was terminated, and results for this specific age group are not yet widely available.
