First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tested whether giving children with dry overactive bladder (OAB) a short course of high-dose vitamin D (2400 IU daily) along with behavioral therapy could improve their bladder symptoms. 180 children participated, and the approach was compared to standard behavioral therapy plus medication. The goal was to see if vitamin D could be a simpler, effective treatment option.
