This early-stage trial is testing whether adding high-dose vitamin C (given through an IV) to the usual two-drug combination (azacitidine and venetoclax) is safe and effective for people newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia who cannot handle intensive chemotherapy. About 30 adults aged 18 and older who are considered unfit for standard intensive treatment will take part.
