Vitamin c boost: could high doses improve lung cancer treatment?

Summary

This study tests whether adding high-dose vitamin C (ascorbate) to the usual combination of chemotherapy and radiation helps control non-small cell lung cancer. About 43 participants receive the standard treatment plus high-dose vitamin C. The goal is to see if the tumor shrinks or stops growing.
