This study tests high-dose steroids (prednisone or methylprednisolone) in 35 head and neck cancer survivors who developed nerve damage years after radiation. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it improves symptoms like tongue weakness. Participants must be at least 2 years past treatment and have confirmed nerve issues.
