Summary

This study tested whether a high-dose flu vaccine works better than the standard-dose vaccine for people aged 60 and older. Over 1,500 healthy volunteers received either the stronger shot or the regular one. Researchers measured the body's immune response and tracked side effects to see if the high-dose vaccine provided better protection.
