Mountain Workers' sleep struggles measured in new study

Summary
This study aims to understand how working at high altitude affects sleep quality. Researchers will measure sleep patterns in 32 Pic du Midi employees, comparing nights spent at home versus nights spent at the 2,877-meter summit. The goal is to gather objective data about sleep changes that workers have reported experiencing.
