Summary
This study aims to understand a hidden health condition where women have a normal weight but high body fat, which can increase their risk for heart problems. Researchers will follow 176 healthy women aged 18-35 for a year, measuring body fat, blood vessel health, and blood markers. The goal is to find better ways to spot this hidden risk early, before serious health issues develop.
