Summary

This study compares two ways of giving oxygen during a sedated stomach scope (gastroscopy) in 200 people with belly obesity. The goal is to see if a high-flow nasal cannula works better than a standard face mask at preventing low oxygen levels. Participants must have a body mass index of 28 or higher and a body roundness index of 5.46 or more.
