First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether a daily 500mg dose of hesperidin, a natural compound found in citrus fruits, can reduce fatigue and improve mood and thinking in people with multiple sclerosis. Over 12 weeks, 60 participants will take either hesperidin or a placebo pill, and researchers will measure changes in fatigue, stress, and cognitive function. The goal is to see if this simple dietary supplement can offer symptom relief without major side effects.
