Summary
This study tests a community program in Houston that combines outreach, medication, counseling, peer support, and paramedic follow-up to help people with opioid use disorder start and remain in treatment. About 3,000 adults who test positive for opioids and want to stop using will take part. The goal is to see if this approach improves treatment engagement and retention.
