Summary
This study compares two ways of attaching mesh during a common hernia repair surgery. Researchers want to see if a newer '3-point' attachment method causes less pain and fewer complications than the standard method. The study involves 64 adults in Pakistan and will track their recovery for 6 months after surgery.
