NCT ID NCT07422584
Summary
This study aims to understand how the body reacts to major abdominal hernia repair surgery, especially when the repair is done under high tension. Researchers will observe 25 patients and 5 healthy volunteers, measuring inflammation markers and pressure inside the abdomen. The goal is to learn how surgical tension affects recovery and complication risks to guide better future treatments.
