NCT ID NCT05974722

Summary

This study aims to find the best way to repair a specific type of stomach hernia to keep it from coming back. Researchers will compare using a surgical mesh patch against using reinforced stitches alone in 164 patients. The main goal is to see which method leads to fewer hernias returning within two years after surgery, while also tracking patient recovery and quality of life.
