Summary

This study aims to understand why inherited colon cancer syndromes can cause different types and severities of cancer among family members. Researchers will collect health questionnaires and DNA samples (blood or saliva) from about 2,000 patients and their relatives. The goal is to find links between family genetics and cancer patterns to improve future risk assessment and care.
