Summary
This pilot study looks at whether adding herbs and spices to meals can help college students with poor diets eat healthier. About 30 students will receive nutrition education and take-home spices over 6 weeks. Researchers will track changes in diet quality, blood sugar, cholesterol, and gut health to see if this approach is practical and effective.
