Spice up your life: UNLV tests if herbs can fix college diets
NCT ID NCT07082348
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a 6-week education program focused on adding herbs and spices to meals can help college students eat better. Researchers will enroll 30 students with poor diets to see if the program is practical and acceptable, and to check for early signs of improved diet quality, heart health, and gut health. The goal is to gather information to plan a larger, more definitive study in the future.
