Ancient herbal remedy tested for modern lung disease

This study is testing whether a modified traditional Chinese herbal formula can help people with pneumoconiosis, a serious lung scarring disease often caused by dust exposure. Researchers will give 80 participants either the herbal granules or a placebo for 16 weeks to see if it improves how far they can walk, their breathing symptoms, sleep, and overall quality of life. The goal is to find a safe way to ease the daily struggles of this chronic condition.
