Summary
This study is testing a new herbal medicine formula called Melats P to see if it can help women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Researchers want to find out if this natural treatment can safely regulate menstrual cycles, improve hormone levels, and help with fertility. The trial will compare the herbal formula against a standard drug (metformin) and a combination of both.
