Summary
This study tested whether drinking Jing-Si Herbal Tea could help people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Over 100 adults with moderate NAFLD drank the tea or a placebo twice daily for 24 weeks. Researchers checked their blood tests, liver health, and weight to see if the tea improved their condition.
