Summary
This study is testing whether a traditional Chinese herbal formula called Modified Bufei Decoction can help reduce common symptoms like cough, fatigue, and shortness of breath in elderly patients recovering from lung cancer surgery. Researchers will compare the herbal formula against a placebo in 174 patients over 28 days. The main goal is to see if the herbal treatment improves patients' comfort and quality of life during recovery.
