Summary
This early-stage study is testing a combination of herbs (Melats P) to see if it can help women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) have regular periods and improve fertility. The study will include 116 women aged 18-40 with PCOS and insulin resistance. Researchers will track menstrual cycles and ovulation over 4 months to see if the treatment works.
