Summary

This study is testing whether personalized herbal medicine can safely reduce pain and improve daily function for adults with long-term low back pain. 150 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either customized herbal prescriptions or standard Korean medicine treatments like acupuncture and physical therapy. Researchers will compare pain levels, mobility, and quality of life after 7 weeks to see which approach works better.
