Summary

This study is testing whether an over-the-counter Chinese herbal cream containing menthol can help relieve pain and itching caused by skin reactions to radiation therapy. Researchers are enrolling 40 women with breast cancer who will receive radiation after mastectomy. The study will measure skin reactions, quality of life, and inflammation markers to see if the cream provides meaningful relief.
