NCT ID NCT07240168
Summary
This study is looking at whether adding a specific herbal supplement called CurQD helps people with active ulcerative colitis who are already taking the medication vedolizumab but still have symptoms. Researchers will review the health records of 400 patients to see if the combination helps people stay on their main medication longer, improves their symptoms and lab tests, and increases their satisfaction with treatment.
