Could a simple test make breast cancer treatment smarter?

Summary
This study tests whether a diagnostic test called HER2DX can help doctors choose the best treatment for people with early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer. About 304 participants will be split into two groups: one gets standard treatment without the test results, and the other gets treatment tailored based on the test. The goal is to see if using the test improves quality of life and reduces fatigue.
