Summary

This Italian study aims to understand how common HER2 gene mutations are in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to see how doctors currently diagnose and treat these cases. It will observe about 50 patients over a year to gather this information. The goal is to collect knowledge to potentially improve future care, but it does not test a new treatment.
