Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has a specific genetic feature called HER2-overexpression. The 122 participants had cancer that had spread and had already tried standard treatments. The main goal was to see how well the drug shrank tumors and how safe it was for patients.
