New pill targets genetic driver in multiple advanced cancers

Summary

This study is testing an oral pill called BAY2927088 for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (HER2 mutation). The goal is to see if the pill can shrink tumors and control the cancer's growth. About 111 adults with cancers like colorectal, breast, or bladder cancer will take the pill daily in repeating cycles until their cancer worsens or side effects occur.
