First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 02, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new combination of drugs (paclitaxel polymeric micelles, trastuzumab, pertuzumab, and adebelimab) works better than the standard taxane-based combination for people with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer. About 140 adults who have not had prior chemotherapy or HER2 therapy for advanced disease will take part. The main goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink significantly.
