NCT ID NCT07528898
First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests a personalized approach for people with HER2-positive breast cancer. After two cycles of standard treatment, those whose tumors shrink less than 40% will switch to a new drug combo (SHR-A1811 plus pertuzumab) for four more cycles before surgery. The goal is to see if this switch helps more patients achieve a complete response, meaning no cancer remains in the breast or lymph nodes at surgery. About 100 adults aged 18-70 with stage II or III breast cancer will take part.
