Summary

This study tested a vaccine called HepTcell in 87 adults with inactive chronic hepatitis B who had low levels of the virus. The goal was to see if the vaccine could lower hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) or clear it from the blood. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
