Summary
This study is testing whether a new injection called BW-20507, when given alongside a standard Hepatitis B drug (pegylated interferon), is safe and effective at controlling the virus. It involves 209 adults with chronic Hepatitis B who meet specific health criteria. The main goal is to see if this combination helps patients reach a point where they might safely stop their long-term antiviral pills.
