NCT ID NCT06357806
Summary
This study is testing if adding two new drugs (Sintilimab and Peg-IFNα-2b) to a patient's current Hepatitis B medication can lead to a clinical cure. It involves 45 adults with stable Hepatitis B who meet specific blood test criteria. The main goal is to see if this combination can eliminate the Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) from the blood, which is a key marker of a functional cure.
