Simple ball game boosts balance and reduces frailty in elderly men

Summary

This study looked at whether a game called hemsball can help older men improve their balance, reduce fear of movement, and lower frailty. 86 men aged 65 and older played hemsball for 60 minutes, three times a week, for eight weeks. Results showed that hemsball activity was effective in improving balance and reducing kinesiophobia (fear of movement) and frailty.
