Summary
This study tests two different ointments—lignocaine and glyceryl trinitrate (GTN)—to see which one works better for pain relief after hemorrhoid surgery. About 64 adults with severe hemorrhoids will take part. The goal is to find which ointment reduces pain, helps wounds heal faster, and makes patients more satisfied with their recovery.
