Summary
This study follows 75 young adults with severe hemophilia to understand how their healthcare management changes as they transition from pediatric to adult care. Researchers will track whether they keep up with doctor visits, treatments, and follow-up care, and how this affects their health and quality of life. The goal is to identify what helps or hinders successful transition to managing their own healthcare as adults.
