New treatment tested for dangerous hemophilia bleeding

Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental injection called STSP-0601 can safely and effectively stop bleeding episodes in people with hemophilia A or B who have developed inhibitors. The trial will enroll 32 adults who experience frequent bleeding episodes to see how well the treatment controls bleeding within hours. Researchers are measuring how quickly and reliably the injection stops bleeding compared to current treatments.
