New hemophilia drug shows promise in reducing bleeding episodes
NCT ID NCT05082116
Summary
This study tested how well a medicine called N8-GP works for preventing and treating bleeding episodes in Chinese patients with severe hemophilia A. Thirty-six male patients aged 12+ who had previously used other hemophilia treatments received N8-GP injections for 7-8 months. Researchers measured how often bleeding occurred, how well the medicine stopped bleeds, and monitored for safety issues.
