Summary
This study tests a 12-week program that includes workshops, online support, daily check-ins, and peer buddies to help people at high risk for colorectal cancer improve their diet, exercise, and other habits. Researchers will compare participants who get the program to those who receive only general health information. The goal is to see if the program helps people make lasting healthy changes to lower their cancer risk.
