New program aims to ease social burdens for families facing childhood cancer

Summary

This study is creating a program called CERCA to help families of children with cancer get support for social needs like food, housing, and transportation. Researchers will work with doctors, community groups, and caregivers to design the program. About 60 caregivers and healthcare staff will take part in interviews and workshops to shape the final approach.
