Summary

This study looks at whether a program called Help Texts, which sends weekly text messages about grief and coping, can help bereaved college students feel better. About 126 UCLA students who lost a loved one in the past year will either get the texts right away or wait 6 months. Researchers will measure grief, depression, and academic performance over a year.
