Doctors map daily blood changes in dangerous pregnancy complication
NCT ID NCT06758960
Summary
This study aimed to understand how key blood markers change day-by-day in pregnant women with HELLP syndrome, a serious complication. Researchers closely monitored 72 women admitted to intensive care, tracking their platelet counts and liver enzyme levels daily before and after delivery. The goal was to gather detailed information about the natural progression of these biological changes to help future patient care.
