Scientists probe muscle secrets to find the perfect Pre-Game Warm-Up
NCT ID NCT06982937
Summary
This study aimed to discover if a few heavy squats or a short jog is better for helping soccer players jump higher right away. Researchers tested 44 young male players, measuring their jump height and using safe tools to see inside their muscles and nerves after each warm-up. The goal was to understand the body's immediate response to help athletes and coaches choose the most effective pre-game routine.
