Summary

This study aims to find the temperature and humidity limits that are safe for older adults during exercise. Researchers will have 190 participants exercise in different conditions to see when their body can no longer cool itself, increasing the risk of heat illness. The goal is to identify critical environmental limits to help prevent heat-related health problems in aging populations.
