Summary
This study is testing whether simple, low-cost home improvements like reflective roof paint, added shade, and better airflow can protect people's health during extreme heat in rural Pakistan. Researchers will compare villages that receive these cooling interventions and heat safety advice with similar villages that don't. They want to see if these changes reduce heat-related illnesses, improve sleep and comfort, and help people stay healthier.
