Can a vibrating heat massage ease your aching back?
NCT ID NCT07346651
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a special heated massage treatment to standard physical therapy helps people with long-term low back pain. 48 adults with chronic back pain will receive standard exercises and electrical stimulation for two weeks. Half will also get an 8-minute treatment with a vibrating, heated massage device on their back muscles. Researchers will measure changes in pain, ability to do daily tasks, flexibility, and quality of life.
