Hot water bottle on feet eases surgery recovery?
NCT ID NCT07417319
Summary
This study tested if a simple, non-drug method could help people feel better after gallbladder surgery. Researchers had 82 patients try applying a hot-water bottle to their feet for short periods after their operation. They wanted to see if this reduced pain and abdominal bloating, and helped the digestive system recover faster.
