Doctors probe hidden heart risk after common valve fix
NCT ID NCT07191093
Summary
This study aims to understand why some patients develop weakness in the right side of their heart after a balloon procedure to open a narrowed pulmonary valve. Researchers will follow 50 patients who have had this procedure to measure changes in their heart function over time. The goal is to identify which patients are most at risk so doctors can monitor them more closely and improve long-term care.
